  • Can I get a sample to test?

    The DS product line Demonstration Kit (DKIT) provides a fast demonstration & SW integration environment and is available via our certified Distributors. We can also provide a Sale-Or-Return (SOR) Kit or a single unit for testing. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Samples are usually sent out on a 2-4 month evaluation basis. You would be responsible for returning the unit in its original resale condition. If interested, send us a message in the contact us form.

  • Do you have a cancellation policy? If so, what are the penalties?‎

    Each order cancellation is treated on a case-by-case basis. It entirely depends on when the order is cancelled, whether or not the items have been produced or shipped, the reason for the order cancellation, etc.

  • Can I add something to an order after it has been placed?‎

    Generally, this is not a problem. Let us know if you want us to ship complete. or partial ship the shorter delivery items. Unless you specify “ship partials ASAP”, products will be shipped according to the dates approved and sent to you on your order confirmation/s.

  • I want a rush quote on a standard type model. How long will it take?

    Request for quotes sent to the contact us form is addressed immediately. Our usual response rate is 48hrs or less.

  • Can I ask for a quote on a customized model?

    Just send us the requirements via the PQ request form , we will start the technical discussion and get back to you.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our office is open Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We can also be reached after hours by sending a message in the contact us form.

  • Where do I go for tech support?

  • What currency are your prices in?

    Unless otherwise stated, all pricing quoted is in $USD, Ex- Works Netzer.
    Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of shipment will apply.
    For convenience below is a simple link to a Universal Currency Converter for calculating the approximate cost of our products in your local currency.

    Any import duties, including VAT, are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We  accept bank transfers for sums over 3000$ and Bank checks.
    Note: a bank processing fee will be levied on all international payments.

    We currently cannot   accept  credit card  payments from most countries.

  • What are your standard Terms & Conditions of Sale?

  • Is my credit card information secure?

    Yes, you supply a credit card and user data information only to an actual sales person handling your order and it is secure during the payment process. Any questions regarding our payment system can be directed to contact us form

  • Do you offer Net 30 Credit Terms?

    Credit is offered to Netzer approved credit applicants only. Credit approval is subject to the discretion of Netzer. All first-time purchases are subject to a first order pre-payment ARO payment policy.

  • Can you ship collect on my account number?

    Yes. We can ship collect on your account number. With written permission, we can also ship collect on 3rd party account numbers provided this service is available from the transport company.

  • When will I get my order?

    The exact ship date will be e-mailed to you in an Order Confirmation. Order Confirmations are e-mailed within 48hrs receipt of every order. Urgent requests for expedited items should be made to contact us form

  • Is it possible to consolidate orders to save on freight?

    Sure, it is recommended, and done by default unless otherwise requested.

  • Is it possible to expedite an order after it has been confirmed?

    Sometimes. Additional factory expedite/freight charges may apply. E-mail your request to contact us form and we will respond to your request.

  • What couriers do you use for shipping?

    We have daily pick-up service by DHL, UPS, FedEx. However, we can ship using any courier you prefer.

  • Where do you ship from?

  • Where do I find the tracking number for my order?

    Tracking numbers for shipments are found on the order Invoice, emailed to POC at time of shipping. You can also request them to contact us form

WARRANTY, SUPPORT, AND RMA POLICY
This Warranty, Support, and RMA Policy outlines the return and support services for purchased goods from Netzer Precision Position Sensors Ltd. ("Netzer," "our," "we," or "us") 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
  • To remain competitive and provide the best service at the lowest prices, we adhere strictly to our return policy.
  • All purchases are final. Netzer warrants all its products for two (2) years, commencing at the time of shipment.
  • All returns will be tested. For out-of-warranty products, a minimum inspection and handling fee of $200 will be charged.
  • In case of a suspected defective product, please contact us before requesting an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization Number).
  • Returns will be accepted only after issuance of an RMA Number. Our team will guide you through the logistics and return procedures.
  • All returns must be received within 20 days from the RMA issuance date.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not comply with these requirements.

POST-SALES SUPPORT
  • Before returning any item, please contact us and provide the Item Part Number and Serial Number.
  • In the event of a customer complaint, Netzer’s support team will advise the customer via email or phone, suggesting diagnostic and remedial actions to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue persists, Netzer’s support team will issue an RMA Number to authorize the return of the product for further inspection and testing.
  • Shipping charges for returned products are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returnable Products Policy:
    • Products authorized for return (RMA Returns) are eligible for repair or replacement only. Credits or refunds are not provided, unless explicitly agreed upon by Netzer at its sole discretion.
    • Returned products must match the Item Part and Serial Number specified in the approved RMA form. Returns without an RMA Number or with mismatched details will not be accepted.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • The customer assumes full responsibility for the product until it is received by Netzer. We recommend using an insurable shipping method. Unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer, or the shipment may be refused.
    • The customer must immediately notify Netzer if a returned package arrives damaged or tampered with, and in any case within five (5) days of receipt. Netzer will file a freight damage claim with the carrier if applicable.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
  • Netzer will provide a replacement or repair free of charge for any product found to be defective due to materials or workmanship within the two-year warranty period.
  • Returned goods will be fully inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. An exchange or repair will only be issued after inspection.
  • Exclusions from Warranty:
    • Products found to be damaged through misuse, abuse, or negligence are not eligible for warranty replacement. A $200 inspection and reporting fee will apply.
    • Customers will be notified of any additional repair costs before proceeding.
  • No-Fault Found (NFF) Policy:
    • If the inspection determines that the product is non-defective, the $200 fee will apply only if the two-year warranty period has expired.

All quotations, purchase orders, order confirmations, order acknowledgments, invoices, or any other form (in any medium) for placing orders for goods or services from Netzer Precision Position Sensors Ltd. (“Order”) are expressly subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”). Netzer Precision Position Sensors Ltd. is referred to as “Seller,” and the original purchaser of Seller’s products or services (“Goods”) is referred to as “Buyer.”

1. Offer and Acceptance
1.1 Any Order is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and any additional or different terms are rejected unless expressly agreed in writing by an officer of Seller. No prior transactions or course of dealings between Buyer and Seller shall alter these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 No Order is binding on Seller until Seller accepts it. Acceptance occurs when Seller provides an acknowledgment of Buyer’s Order, either electronically or in writing. Buyer’s placement of an Order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Price
2.1 All prices for Goods are quoted in the currency stated in the price quotation and are payable in that currency unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller.
2.2 Prices are FCA Seller’s facility in Misgav, Israel (Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Taxes
3.1 Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Buyer shall pay all taxes related to the sale, purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use, consumption, or transportation of the Goods as required under applicable law, upon Seller’s demand.
4. Delivery and Retention of Title
4.1 Delivery dates are final and binding. Goods are delivered FCA Seller’s Facility (Incoterms 2020), with delivery deemed to occur upon transfer to Buyer’s transportation carrier (“Delivery”).
4.2 Title to the Goods remains with Seller until full payment is received. Until then, Buyer shall:
  • Ensure Goods are identified as Seller’s property;
  • Prevent any liens or claims on the Goods;
  • Protect Goods from seizure; and
  • Inform third parties that Seller retains title.
5. Risk of Loss
5.1 Risk of loss transfers to Buyer at Delivery. Seller disclaims liability for Goods lost, damaged, or delayed post-Delivery.
6. Inspection, Acceptance, and Returns
6.1 Buyer must inspect Goods within 30 days of Delivery and notify Seller of any nonconformity or defects within that period. Failure to notify constitutes acceptance of the Goods.
6.2 Returns require Seller’s prior authorization and an assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Nonconforming returns may incur a handling fee of $200.
7. Payments
7.1 Invoices are payable in full within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
7.2 Buyer shall reimburse Seller for any collection costs, including attorney fees.
8. Limited Warranty
8.1 Seller warrants that Goods:
  • Convey good title upon payment;
  • Are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for two years from shipment or the expected life of the Goods, whichever is shorter.
8.2 Warranty excludes Goods misused, modified, or otherwise altered without Seller’s written approval.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
9.1 Except as expressly stated, Seller disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Buyer’s Sole and Exclusive Remedy; Limitation of Liability
10.1 Seller’s liability is limited to, at Seller’s discretion:
  • Replacement of defective Goods;
  • Repair of defective Goods; or
  • Refund of the purchase price.
10.2 Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Technological Changes or Improvements
11.1 Seller reserves the right to modify product design, specifications, or discontinue Goods without prior notice.
12. Suspension of Performance
12.1 If Buyer’s financial condition raises doubts about payment, Seller may suspend performance until adequate assurance is received.
13. Intellectual Property Indemnity
13.1 Seller will indemnify Buyer against claims of patent or copyright infringement related to Seller’s designs. Buyer must notify Seller promptly and provide reasonable support. This indemnity does not apply to Buyer-provided designs or specifications.
14. Confidentiality
14.1 Buyer shall protect Seller’s confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Order. Unauthorized disclosure may entitle Seller to injunctive relief.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
16. Entire Agreement
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller. No oral or written agreements outside these terms shall be binding unless signed by an authorized representative of Seller.
