The DS product line Demonstration Kit (DKIT) provides fast demonstration & SW integration environment and is available via our certified Distributors. We can also provide a Sale-Or-Return (SOR) Kit or single unit for testing. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Samples are usually sent out on a 2-4 month evaluation basis. You would be responsible for returning the unit in its original resale condition. If interested, e-mail your request to email@example.com
Each order cancellation is treated on a case-by-case basis. It entirely depends on when the order is cancelled, whether or not the items have been produced or shipped, the reason for the order cancellation, etc.
Generally, this is not a problem. Let us know if you want us to ship complete. or partial ship the shorter delivery items. Unless you specify “ship partials ASAP”, products will be shipped according to the dates approved and sent to you on your order confirmation/s.
